Shipping & Delivery

We ship our lawn care products Australia-wide with Australia Post.

Shipping costs

• Flat rate: $12.95 per order, anywhere in Australia.

• Free shipping on orders of $79 or more (that includes our Complete Liquid Lawn Care Pack).

All prices, including shipping, are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, Australia Post delivery usually takes:

• Metro areas: 2–4 business days

• Regional and remote areas: 5–7 business days

These are estimates only. Delays can happen during busy periods or because of weather or carrier issues.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we may need to charge postage to send it again.

Damaged or missing parcels

Our bottles are packed securely, but if your order arrives damaged or leaking, or doesn't arrive, please email info@tornturf.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Turf, installation and seeding

Turf supply, installation and lawn seeding aren't sold through the online store. Delivery for these jobs is arranged and quoted separately. Get a free quote.

International orders

We currently only ship within Australia.
